Okra with Olive Oil
  • 1/2 kg okra; cleaned, sanitized
  • 4 tomatoes; peeled, diced
  • 2 onions; chopped
  • a little less than 1 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2-3 pieces of bitter green pepper
  • 1 liter of boiled water
  • Salt


Directions
  • Saute the onion with olive oil and pepper.
  • Add the tomatoes, and cook until the oppressed.
  • Add 1 liter of boiling water.
  • Lemon and add the vinegar.
