  • 2 onions
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Total 1/2 lemon
  • Salt


Directions
  1. Leeks are extracted 2 cm. The thickness of the bias cut, washed.
