Vegetable Pilaf Directions
  • 2 cups fine bulgur
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 bunch fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Pepper 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salad leaves
 


Directions
  1. Bulgur extract, wash 3 times.
  2. Place bulgur in a pot.
  3. Pour hot water to be slightly less than wheat on the line.
