Baked Meat
  • 1 kg of boned lamb
  • Salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon soft margarine
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste


Directions
  1. Wash the meat thoroughly.
  2. Put a large pot.
  3. Add 2 cups water and enough salt.
  4. Before the blazing fire, and cook over low heat when it starts to boil.
  5. Transfer the meat softens when baking tray.
  6. On yoghurt, soft margarine and rub the paste mixture.
  7. Cook until browned over medium heat in the oven and serve.
