Caviar Egg
  • 4 eggs,
  • 30 g. black caviar,
  • 4 salad leaves,
  • lemon juice,
  • 4 slices of toasted bread,
  • 20 g. butter,
  • 2 teaspoons parsley,
  • 4 slices of lemon


Directions
  1. Boil the eggs, divide into two.
  2. On each half to put some caviar.
  3. Wash the salad leaves. Sprinkle lemon juice over them.
  4. Toast the bread slices.
