Lamb Tandoor Oven Bag
- 1 Lamb shoulder (divided into 5-6 pieces)
- 2-3 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt, pepper
- thyme to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- A few bay leaves
- 4-5 potatoes
- 2-3 carrots
- 5-6 pepper
- Chop the onion-shaped largish ring. Chop the garlic.
- at least 1-1.5 hours Mix all marinade ingredients with the meat (best 1 night) for the marinade.
- Divide the potatoes in half, carrots 3-4 cm tall coarse exact.
- Clean the onion and garlic potatoes, meat, place the oven bag with peppers and carrots.
- Fasten the wire connecting the mouth of the bag to take no air (why open a few holes with a toothpick on the bag).
- Put the baking tray bag 2-2.5 hours in 200C oven.
