Olive Green Beans
- Half a kg of green beans
- 2 carrots
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 onions
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Wash beans take from half a kg of bone, slice diagonally shaped. 2 Peel the carrots shell exact same way.
- 2 chopped onions in cooking. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to a pot with. Add the carrots and onions and cook until they die.

- Pot, add 1 cup boiling water and cook until beans (about 45 minutes) to cook.
- Add 1 teaspoon salt latest. Close the pot lid.
- Beans chill taken into serving dish. Serve cold.
