  • ½ cup fine bulgur
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper


Yemek Tarifi
  1. Pour bulgur and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl, put the hot water on and let it sit, covered, for 20 minutes.
  2. Parsley and mint finely coast.
  3. Remove the cucumbers and tomatoes to the core, cut in the form of very small cubes.
  4. Get the bulgur salad bowl.
  5. Mix well, add the ingredients except tomatoes.
  6. Let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  7. Stir in the tomatoes and serve cold.
  8. Note: If you wish you can sweeten with pomegranate.
