Chicken with Tomato Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (or 4 tomatoes)
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup chopped basil
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 boneless chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper


Directions
  • Chop the onion and garlic finely. Cook 2 tablespoons olive oil in a sauce pan and cook onion and garlic until şeffaflaşınca. Add chopped tomatoes and thyme on. Until it becomes a thick sauce, and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Basil Stir in salt and pepper and turn off the gold.

  • Grease a baking dish. Chicken directory. Pour the tomato sauce over the prepared. Sprinkle with grated mozarella on top. Bake oven preheated to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. (Until cheese melts.)
  • Serve hot with rice as the next.
