Whole Wheat Pizza
  • 250 g wholemeal flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5-6 branches rocket
  • 2-3 balls of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig of coriander
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh basil
  • 2-3 stalks of broccoli
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5-6 green beans
  • 4 green onions
  • salt to taste


Yemek Tarifi
  1. Chop the vegetables up small. Purée Blenderize.
  2. Strainer to drain excess water.
  3. Dilute with a little water, yeast and sugar.
  4. Put a bowl of whole wheat flour, adding the yeast, stir a little, then add water and salt and knead thoroughly enough.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil towards the end of the kneading.
  6. Get flour dough on a flat surface that a part of it becomes smooth and open.
  7. Apply the mixture on mashed.
  8. Distribute the top of the mozzarella cheese that slices.
  9. Put wax paper laid tray and cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
